That’s why NY2 does our scouting with fresh eyes—screening only for what you’ve told us. No doorman? If you want one, it doesn’t make the cut. That’s your budget? We respect that. You want to be in Gramercy Park? We won’t talk you into Tribeca. We know they are opposing universes.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t push our listings on you. We’re interested in finding the apartment that’s right for you—not using your interest to close out our stock.
- We don’t waste your time showing you apartments that aren’t right. We know your time is precious (ours is too)—and that you know what you want.
- We don’t leave you in the dark to navigate prices or rental rates. We are pricing experts—and love shedding light on NYC’s unusual real estate market: newcomer or not.
- We don’t treat your listing (once we find it) “as is.” We believe it’s a crucial part of our job to explore the possibility of negotiating your lease or contract—even in a tough market.
