Director of Sales – Licensed Agent
Constantine Hrisikos is that rare breed of salesperson: one that listens and thinks as well as he talks.
A born entrepreneur, Constantine studied marketing at St. John’s University. At just 20, he started his first business. Later, he turned his talents to real estate.
He cut his teeth at Citi Habitats, selling and renting apartments—mostly in neighborhoods such as the West Village, Greenwich Village, the East Village, Tribeca, the Financial District, and Soho. He has worked comfortably with celebrities, sports figures, royalty, and New Yorkers of all means.
That’s when he realized that there’s a giant niche in the market—a niche for a real estate agent that scouts with fresh eyes, filtering each listing for what that client wants. Without this level of thoroughness, it’s like shooting at a dartboard—without glasses.
And no one has that kind of time.
“I look at new apartments and buildings every day. I know how to navigate through listings, and find the truly unique space that our customers are looking for. I hand-pick the listings that I believe suit you, and aren’t a waste of your time,” he says.
The business model works. “We’ve all heard that the greatest compliment is a referral. What about a referral from someone that you’ve only worked with briefly…in passing? In a market saturated with real estate agents and brokers, that’s a compliment we get at least once a week,” Constantine adds.
When he’s not selling real estate, Constantine manages his real estate portfolio, and is an equity investor in an internet startup.
“I’m a broker, but I’m also a consumer,” says George Klidonas. Like Constantine, he has a New York City consumer’s view of real estate.
A lawyer by trade, George has experience in complex transactions, many of which include real estate. He has an undergraduate degree in marketing and business administration (B.S., Fordham University), a law degree (J.D., Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law), and an advanced law degree in financial restructuring (L.L.M., St. John’s University).
